Bilingual Strategic Services Consultant

Description

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Bilingual Strategic Services Consultant on the Professional Services team as part of the Sales & Customer Experience organization.

Why join Sprout's Sales & Customer Experience team?

The Sales and Customer Experience team shapes how Sprout powers the future of customer connection for today's most innovative brands. We sell and support the leading social media management platform for businesses, helping organizations unlock the full value of social. Through powerful social intelligence and trusted partnership, we enable teams to build authentic relationships and drive meaningful business impact.

You'll join a high-performing, collaborative team made up of some of the brightest minds in the industry, working with iconic brands like Campbell's, Salesforce, Airbnb, and Equifax. Just as importantly, Sprout is a place where your growth matters. You'll have the freedom to shape your career, explore new paths, and build toward what's next, with a team that's invested in helping you get there.

What you'll do

This is a versatile, customer-facing consulting role centered primarily on driving long-term social media strategy, executive partnership, and strategic performance optimization for enterprise customers. While the core focus of this position is delivering high-impact Premier Success engagements, you will also lead end-to-end platform implementations to onboard and configure Sprout for newly acquired or expanding accounts. Additionally, as a bilingual consultant fluent in English and Spanish, you will serve as a critical partner for our English and Spanish-speaking enterprise customers across key regions.

Premier Success (Primary Focus)

• Lead ongoing strategic consulting engagements that elevate our customers' social strategy, partnering with Customer Success Managers to help enterprise brands structure, refine, and scale their social media operations.
• Optimize customers' social operations by evaluating workflows, aligning social media strategy directly to business objectives, and keeping customers informed of emerging industry trends and digital shifts.
• Strategize with executive stakeholders (VPs, CMOs) on collecting, analyzing, and leveraging social intelligence and cross-platform analytics to optimize brand performance and demonstrate clear ROI.
• Execute tailored Premier Success deliverables - such as custom performance reports, executive presentation decks, social care and publishing playbooks, workflow audits, and interactive strategy workshops.
• Support customers in mastering complex social strategy use cases, including influencer marketing programs, social customer care workflows, and employee advocacy initiatives.
• Drive continued growth and feature adoption across customer organizations as product capabilities and customer needs evolve.

Implementation (Secondary Focus)

• Lead customers' tailored and value-driven implementation experience, running software implementation projects across Sprout’s product suite (Core Platform, Employee Advocacy, and Influencer Marketing).
• Guide customers through a structured implementation lifecycle (Design, Setup, Training, and Validation) - leading onboarding, change management, and technical platform configuration to establish project governance, ensure business continuity, and set up long-term success.
• Configure platform settings based on customer requirements, including account architecture, user permissions, tagging taxonomies, and automated message routing rules.
• Level up the social sophistication of our customers and team by delivering interactive administrator and end-user product trainings that drive adoption.

Bilingual Engagement & Operations

• Conduct strategic consulting, software implementation guidance, executive presentations, and product training fluently in both English and Spanish.
• Leverage our Professional Services technology stack (Kantata, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and approved AI tools) to manage project timelines and execute high-quality customer deliverables.
• Help operationalize internal consulting services, standardizing workflows and templates to elevate the overall capability of the Professional Services team.
