Consultant Technical Producer at Stitch Consulting Services, Inc. · globalremotely

Who We Are

Stitch is the global leader in helping brands drive CRM performance through Braze and Databricks. We work with Fortune 1000 brands to design and execute martech-driven solutions and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive meaningful outcomes. Our fast-growing team spans the US, UK, and Canada.

We’re actively building the best customer relationship marketing (CRM) consultancy in the world. Not the biggest—the best. We’re looking for teammates who are energized by this challenge.

The Role

As a Consultant Technical Producer, you execute campaign builds: HTML email development, Content Block creation, template configuration, and basic Liquid personalization in Braze. Your focus is campaign management—building, testing, and deploying the messaging that drives engagement for Fortune 1000 brands. You follow Stitch’s QA processes rigorously, solve rendering issues across email clients, and document your work so it’s repeatable. You collaborate with Solution Architects on data and segmentation and with Project Managers on timeline and scope.

Who You Are

First and foremost, you’re motivated by impact. To be the best CRM consultancy in the world, we have to be motivated by performance—both in how our work drives outcomes for our customers, and for how our work drives outcomes for Stitch.

This means you’re not content with status quo—you’re always looking towards what’s next and seeking opportunities to grow yourself, grow our customers, and grow Stitch. You have relentless standards and uphold them unapologetically. You move nimbly, take ownership, drive things forward, and make the people around you better. If this sounds like you, you will thrive here.

What You’ll Do

Build mobile-responsive HTML emails, HTML blocks, and Content Blocks from scratch using HTML and CSS.
Build In App Messages from templates
Configure basic Liquid personalization and basic Catalog use cases (product information, store data, message personalization).
Set up and configure basic Canvas and Campaign workflows.
Execute Stitch’s QA processes: test across email clients, troubleshoot rendering issues (dark mode, Outlook, mobile, font fallbacks, image blocking), document outcomes and retest issues after the team has resolved them
Work with Litmus, Braze segments, link management, Inbox Vision, templates, and global footer configuration.
Create solution documentation, technical requirements docs, and QA documentation.
Participate in client discovery sessions—ask clarifying questions and document requirements.
Manage your time to meet billable targets of 36+ hours per week.
Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements.

What Success Looks Like

Your emails render correctly across all major clients on first deploy.
Your documentation is clear and complete—another Technical Producer could pick up your work without a walkthrough.
Your platform knowledge deepens with every campaign and you earn certifications on schedule.
Clients know you’re reliable. You’re the Technical Producer they want on their next engagement.

Requirements

What You Bring

Strong HTML + CSS for mobile-responsive email development—build from scratch, not just modify templates.
Email rendering troubleshooting experience: dark mode, Outlook, mobile, font fallbacks, image blocking.
Comfort working in code editors (VS Code, Cursor, or similar) and using browser developer tools.
Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset—you test your own work before handing it off.

How You Consult

Even at the Consultant level, you’re client-facing. Your communication and reliability build the trust that keeps engagements running smoothly.

Communicate clearly and professionally. Adapt tone to the audience.
Build trust through reliability and execution—when you say it’s done, it’s done right.
Ask clarifying questions before building. Connect your tasks to broader project goals.
Flag issues early. Work through problems using established approaches.
Take ownership without needing follow-up.
Seek feedback from Senior Technical Producers and share your learnings with the team.
