Operations Analyst

We are looking for our next Operations Analyst!

Who Are We?

At Tiendamia, we’re more than just an online store. We’re the epicenter of e-commerce, where creativity and technology converge to provide unique shopping experiences to our customers in Latin America. We’re bold, innovative, and constantly evolving. If you’re ready to join a team that pushes boundaries, your next adventure begins here!

We know that to create incredible experiences, the most important thing is to have the best team and the best Tigers, and that’s why we are looking for you.

We're looking for an Operations Analyst to join the team as we transition to a more data-driven, automated operating model. This is not a role where your output is a weekly report. It's a role for someone who sees a manual process and immediately thinks about how to eliminate it, and has the skills to do it. You'll work on high-impact problems end-to-end: data exploration, analysis, automation build, and iteration.

What you'll do

● Map operational processes and identify automation opportunities across order management, procurement, logistics, and CX

● Build and maintain automated workflows using AI tools and integrations

● Query operational databases to produce analysis that drives decisions, not just reports

● Design and monitor KPIs for each operational phase; build alerts before humans notice the problem

● Collaborate with the tech team to embed automations into production systems

Must have

● 2–5 years in operations, e-commerce, logistics, or a data-adjacent role

● Strong SQL skills — joins, aggregations, time windows on large datasets

● Practical AI experience — real automations built with LLMs or AI tools

● Database fundamentals — relational model, schema design, query performance

● Engineering or quantitative background preferred (CS, Industrial Eng., Systems Eng.)

● Fluent in English and Spanish

Nice to have

● Cross-border e-commerce or B2C marketplace experience (Amazon, Mercado Libre)

● Data pipeline / ETL experience

● BI tools (Redash, Metabase, Grafana)

● Exposure to Logistic / Marketplace management systems like OMS-TMS-WMS-PMS

We foster an inclusive environment where every voice is heard, and where each team member has the opportunity to grow and thrive.

Non-negotiable traits

● Asks "why" before "how"

● Comfortable with ambiguity, structures own work

● Doesn't present a number without knowing its source

● Bias toward simple, maintainable solutions
