What You'll Do
Monitor and triage cybersecurity alerts across client environments
Investigate suspicious activity and escalate potential threats
Support incident response activities and security investigations
Review phishing, spam, and other email security concerns
Assist with endpoint security, patching validation, and remediation tracking
Document findings and maintain accurate security tickets
Follow established security procedures, playbooks, and escalation paths
Collaborate with team members during shift handoffs and ongoing investigations
What We're Looking For
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
0-2 years of IT or cybersecurity experience
Basic understanding of Windows, networking, and common cyber threats
Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus
CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe)
Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn
