About the Job
This high-impact role reports to the Channel Director in Singapore and is responsible for architecting, activating, and scaling our 2-tier distribution model across South East Asia. You will serve as the strategic driver behind our distribution ecosystem—building strong distributor alliances, operationalizing downstream reseller recruitment, and unlocking scalable, repeatable revenue engines in collaboration with dedicated partner sales teams, cloud architects, and security specialists.

Responsibilities

• Scale 2-Tier Distribution Revenue: Own and accelerate regional ARR and pipeline targets by operationalizing distribution partners as true sales-force multipliers rather than transactional fulfilment routes.
• Distributor Development & Network Expansion: Recruit, activate, and manage top-tier Value-Added Distributors (VADs). Establish structured frameworks to drive downstream tier-2 reseller recruitment, onboarding, and activation across key SEA markets.
• Operational Execution & GTM Alignment: Lead joint go-to-market (GTM) motions with distribution leadership, aligning incentives, distribution-led demand generation programs, and marketing development funds (MDF) with strategic growth targets.
• Enablement & Scale: Design and scale programmatic enablement engines with distributors to certify, train, and ramp downstream partner sales and technical resources on the value proposition and architecture.
• Distributor-Led Managed Services: Collaborate with distributors and their premier MSP/MSSP networks to package and embed offerings into scalable managed security, cloud compliance, and governance portfolios.
• Field & Co-Sell Orchestration: Bridge the gap between distribution teams, tier-2 partners, and internal Enterprise/Commercial Account Executives to maximize deal velocity and co-selling efficiency.
• Governance & Business Planning: Build joint annual business plans, drive disciplined Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), establish KPI scorecards (pipeline generation, tier-2 active transacting partners, ramp velocity), and maintain executive cadence with distribution leadership.
