Veroa is building the AI-native workforce and learning platform for the next generation of professional services.
We believe AI won't replace exceptional professionals. It will amplify them. Our mission is to help organizations identify, develop, and hire exceptional talent while giving professionals better ways to continuously learn, build skills, and grow in an AI-driven economy. We're building technology that makes it easier than ever to learn new tools and information, develop skills through practical experiences, receive personalized feedback, and apply what you've learned in the real world.
We're starting with our own global workforce of consultants across finance, legal, engineering, and operations. This gives us the opportunity to build and test products with real users, real workflows, and real business outcomes. Over time, these capabilities will become customer-facing products that help organizations develop stronger teams, understand workforce capabilities, and make better decisions about how they hire, develop, and deploy talent.
We're an early-stage company with experienced founders, growing customer traction, and ambitious plans to build a category-defining business. This is an opportunity to join early and help shape both the product and the company.
We're looking for the first Senior Product Manager to join our team.
You'll work directly with our founders, engineering team, business leaders, and consultants to turn Veroa's product vision into products people genuinely want to use.
You'll help build the next generation of AI-powered learning and workforce technology, creating products that make learning more personalized, practical, measurable, and integrated into the way people actually work. These products will initially power Veroa's own operations, helping our consultants learn new tools and develop skills while enabling our teams to assess talent, improve delivery quality, streamline workflows, and make smarter workforce decisions. As the platform evolves, these capabilities have the potential to become customer-facing products used by organizations around the world.
If you're curious about how people learn and enjoy solving difficult problems, working closely with users and engineers, and building products from the ground up, you'll thrive here.
