Creative & Content Lead

ABOUT GATHER

Gather exists because God is moving through His Church, and our role is to help people see it, celebrate it, and join in. We gather and mobilize the Church globally and locally to bring the love of Jesus to the unreached — through large-scale events, discipleship resources, and storytelling that points people back to Him. What began with our catalytic event, Gather25, is already bearing fruit — countless people meeting Jesus for the first time, believers rediscovering their faith, and communities changed in ways we're still hearing stories about.

Led by Jennie Allen, Gather is pursuing a bold vision: to gather and mobilize 1 billion people by 2033, see 250 million come to faith, unite 1,000 cities, and raise up 1 million intercessors praying for revival. We believe this mission is bigger than any one church, ministry, or movement — so we're partnering with kingdom-minded organizations around the world to equip believers, expand our reach, and help move the Church toward what He's already doing.

• JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a rare creative: a strategist who can build the plan, a designer who can make it beautiful, a writer who can find the words, and a leader who can get it all shipped.

You'll own the creative and content engine behind Jennie Allen's personal brand, including her podcast, books, speaking, and social channels. You'll set the content plan, make cutting-edge content yourself, and lead the editors, videographers, and designers who help bring it to life.

You'll serve Jennie and the Chief of Staff as their creative partner. That means bringing bold ideas, taking direction with humility, and executing within an established voice. This role is hyper-productive and deeply creative in equal measure.

Please read this before applying: this is not a film or video production role. Video is part of the work, but most of your week will be strategy, design, copy, and leading a creative team. If you haven't done all four, this role isn't the right fit.
