Accountabilities:
As a Mobile Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for developing mortgage business opportunities, advising clients throughout the lending process, and building long-term relationships within your community. You will use your sales expertise, financial knowledge, and customer-focused approach to deliver personalized mortgage solutions. Generate and develop mortgage opportunities by building relationships with clients, referral partners, and community contacts. Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized mortgage advice and solutions. Guide customers through the complete mortgage application process, including documentation, requirements, and next steps. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. Identify business development opportunities and expand your network to grow mortgage volume. Ensure mortgage documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with established processes. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support efficient client experiences and successful transactions. Stay informed on mortgage products, lending practices, and industry trends to provide relevant guidance. Manage priorities independently while achieving business goals in a commission-based environment. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and client-focused mortgage professional with strong relationship-building abilities and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial objectives. You are comfortable working independently, developing business opportunities, and managing a full mortgage sales cycle. Previous experience in mortgage lending, banking, financial services, or a related client advisory role. Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending processes, and mortgage documentation. Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and community partners. Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently and prioritize competing demands. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Ability to use digital tools and technology to manage client interactions and business activities. Legally authorized to work in Canada and able to meet applicable licensing requirements.
