
Accountabilities:
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving robust software solutions across the entire technology stack. You will contribute to platform scalability, performance, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful product enhancements. Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components to deliver seamless and responsive user experiences. Build and optimize backend services, APIs, database integrations, and core infrastructure using modern programming practices. Develop intuitive web interfaces using React and TypeScript while ensuring strong performance and maintainability. Identify and resolve technical challenges related to scalability, performance, security, and system reliability. Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-impact features within an agile development framework. Conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. Mentor and support other developers when needed while sharing knowledge across the engineering team. Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to technologies, processes, and development methodologies. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack engineer with strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative remote environment. 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, building scalable and maintainable applications. Strong experience with backend development using Go (Golang) or another modern programming language such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or C#. Proven ability to design and develop APIs, backend systems, and production-grade applications. Solid frontend development experience with React and TypeScript, including building responsive web applications. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and integrating data solutions into backend systems. Strong understanding of RESTful services, with GraphQL experience considered an advantage. Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices. Ability to debug complex systems, optimize performance, and improve existing codebases. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly within distributed remote teams. Self-driven attitude with curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning. Familiarity with agentic coding approaches is a plus. Benefits: Full-time salaried position. Competitive compensation range of $135,000–$165,000 CAD depending on experience and location.
