Servicenow Technical Consultant - Senior and Specialist | HRSD

Accountabilities:
The role is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and evolution of ServiceNow HRSD solutions while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, optimize employee experiences, and deliver secure, scalable solutions. Develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with business requirements and platform best practices. Configure and enhance HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management functionalities. Automate HR processes using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and App Engine. Design and configure workflows, service catalogs, forms, business rules, and digital employee experiences. Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and corporate HR systems. Participate in discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and technical discussions with business stakeholders. Provide consulting expertise to identify process improvements and automation opportunities. Ensure adherence to development standards, governance practices, and platform security requirements. Troubleshoot technical challenges and support the continuous improvement of implemented solutions. Work within Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban environments. Collaborate with international teams through meetings, presentations, and technical discussions in English. Partner with HR, architecture, development, and project management teams to deliver successful outcomes. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a senior-level ServiceNow specialist with strong HRSD expertise, advanced technical skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into effective platform solutions. You should combine technical depth with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global and multicultural teams. Proven experience with ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). Hands-on experience implementing and configuring HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management. Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow administration and configuration. Strong JavaScript skills and experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes. Experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation capabilities. Experience developing ServiceNow integrations, including inbound and outbound connections. Ability to translate HR processes and business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Experience working with Agile project methodologies. Fluent English communication skills required for global meetings, workshops, presentations, and technical documentation. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and preferably CIS-HRSD. Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving orientation, and consultative approach. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders. Ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative, and international environments. Preferred qualifications: Advanced Spanish proficiency. Postgraduate degree or MBA. Continuous interest in innovation, technology trends, and professional development.
