Odin helps people to raise and deploy capital seamlessly

We envision a world where people can vote with their money on what the future looks like, and participate in creating it.

Our first product makes it radically easier for anyone, anywhere, to launch & run an investment firm - think "Shopify for asset managers".

We handle all the “plumbing” and paperwork through one seamless platform - everything from setting up the legal structure for an investment vehicle through to processing exits.

We’re already trusted by over 10,000 VCs, angels and founders, and we're one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the UK, tripling income YoY. We've raised $3m in seed funding from top angels, family offices and VCs to support our own growth, and we are just getting started.

The Role

We’re hiring two Graduate Venture Operations Associates to join our team. Your primary focus will be managing the Closing Process – the process of transforming fully fundraised live deals on the Odin platform into actual legal investments.

Key responsibilities include:

Calculating fees and final investment amounts
Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of legal documents
Managing wire transfers to complete the investment process
Directly liaising with customers at every stage of the process, noting feedback and identifying pain points to enhance their experience

Must-Have Qualities

You have a drive to understand in detail how things fit together. It’s not just about execution for you; you want to get into the nuts and bolts of how things are happening and why
You’re a problem solver. You diligently resolve any challenges our customers face and act as their strategic partner to ensure they achieve their goals
Your mindset sets you apart. Beyond adeptly manoeuvring through spreadsheets, you recognise that to achieve process automation, leveraging technology is essential
You’re organised and focused. You know what it takes to get the job done, and you prioritise tasks logically so you’re doing the most to move the needle
You know how to balance multiple goals, tasks and priorities. You’re comfortable when given more than one task, and you thrive when given the autonomy to execute
You’re proactive. You’re always on the front foot, pre-empting any issues or concerns with urgency and care

Your Experience & Background

While we consider the outlined qualities indispensable for this role, we believe success in this role can stem from diverse backgrounds. You may fall into one of the following categories:
