Bungie is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with a focus on End User Experience (EUX) and Endpoint Engineering to join our Studio IT team. This role will help design, build, and improve the technology experience used by Bungie employees every day, with a focus on secure, reliable, and scalable endpoint platforms and services.

Are you passionate about making technology easier and more dependable for the people using it? Do you enjoy solving complex endpoint problems, automating repetitive work, and improving how devices and applications are deployed and managed? Can you balance security, usability, and operational needs without creating unnecessary friction for our users? Then come help Bungie IT Engineering support the teams creating our world-class games.

Successful candidates will have strong experience engineering and supporting enterprise endpoint environments, be comfortable owning complex technical problems, and be able to turn user and business needs into practical technical solutions. They will also be an effective mentor, collaborator, project owner, and communicator.
