Position Summary
As the Senior Integrated Campaign Manager, Higher Education, you'll serve as the strategic marketing lead for one of our core growth verticals. How You’ll Contribute
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Own Vertical Campaign Strategy: You will build multi-quarter, integrated campaign strategies that support new-logo acquisition, customer expansion, and competitive displacement across Higher Education institutions.
Architect Full-Funnel Campaigns: You will design, launch, and measure integrated programs spanning email, webinars, paid media, digital campaigns, field events, and outbound SDR sequences.
Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: You will partner with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, RevOps, and agency partners to align messaging, lead handoff SLAs, and target account penetration strategies.
Author Strategic Copy and Briefs: You will set the standard for campaign copy, messaging frameworks, and creative briefs for email programs, landing pages, and promotion assets.
Own the Scorecard: You will govern the Higher Education campaign scorecard, tracking sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency, and present findings to executive leadership.
Set Team Standards: You will build the brief templates and messaging standards the campaign team plans and executes against, and partner with regional campaign managers to adapt Higher Education strategy for buying norms outside the U.S.
Track the Market: You will monitor shifts in the Higher Education competitive field and buying patterns continuously, adjusting campaign timing and messaging as they change rather than waiting for the next quarterly plan.
Scale AI Innovation: You will build and share repeatable AI workflows across the team to accelerate audience research, campaign drafting, and funnel performance analysis.
What Success Looks Like
Within 3 Months: You will have mapped the Higher Education buyer's evaluation path by role, launched your first integrated campaign, and established a baseline vertical pipeline scorecard for leadership. .
Within 6 Months: You will have optimized multi-channel campaign performance, improved MQL-to-SQO conversion velocity, and deployed standardized AI workflows across the marketing team.
Within 1 Year: You will have established a high-performing Higher Education demand engine that consistently meets annual pipeline, win-rate, and ROI benchmarks.
Your Legacy:  You will have built the vertical campaign framework and data model the team uses as the blueprint for GTM execution across all markets.
Values in Action
Customer First, Always: You proactively surface friction points in the customer experience before they are escalated — and propose solutions, not just reports.
Thrive Together: You share work-in-progress for early feedback, knowing that challenge improves the outcome. You separate critiques of ideas from critiques of people.
Elevate the Craft: You hold the bar high on your own work and invest in developing those around you. You treat every project as an opportunity to learn something new.
Act with Ownership: You define success by outcomes, not activity. You flag problems early and bring a proposed path forward, not just the problem.
Clarity Over Complexity: You default to the simpler solution. Your written communication — internal or external — is direct, specific, and free of filler.
How We Thrive
You’ll join Panopto’s Demand Generation team, a group of results-driven marketers focused on creating measurable impact through smart, creative, and data-informed programs.
The team partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to design campaigns that connect Panopto’s unique value with the needs of our audiences in the corporate and higher education markets.
We value curiosity, accountability, and collaboration — and we believe in challenging ideas, not people. You’ll have the autonomy to own your campaigns from strategy to reporting, while being supported by a team that shares ideas freely and celebrates collective success.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Panopto AI Use Policy:
Panopto’s AI Use Policy is committed to a hiring process that is thoughtful, fair, and centered on human connection. As artificial intelligence (AI) becomes more prevalent in the workplace, we believe that it is important to describe our use of AI in the hiring process, as well as outline to candidates what use of AI is and is not allowed. While AI can be a valuable tool, it cannot replace genuine human interaction or an individual’s unique perspective, experience, and voice.
Company Use of AI:
Panopto may utilize tools to enhance the efficiency, objectivity, and quality of our recruitment and evaluation process. These tools assist our team throughout the hiring lifecycle by focusing on four key areas:
Content Creation: Providing a starting point for crafting job descriptions and assisting in building tailored interview questions.
Resume Parsing: Analyzing candidate skillsets and resume alignment to efficiently identify qualified candidates.
Interview & Assessment Insights: Providing interview transcription, summarization, and identifying key insights from candidate assessments in relation to specific role requirements.
Data Organization: Organizing and storing information gathered during assessments to help our team make informed, data-driven decisions.
Ultimately, these tools are used to support—not replace—our team in assessing skills, generating insights, and identifying the best talent for Panopto.
To ensure fairness and transparency:
Human-Centric Decisions: Please be assured that AI tools are used to support our team, and all final hiring decisions are made by human reviewers. Panopto hiring teams will thoroughly review your application and assessment results. AI is not used to make final decisions regarding your candidacy.
Bias Mitigation: We are committed to algorithmic fairness. Our AI-assisted tools undergo regular independent audits to detect and mitigate bias, with the goal of keeping our processes equitable and inclusive. Our methodology aligns with global best practices and regional digital ethics standards to provide every candidate with a fair and merit-based evaluation.

If you require a reasonable adjustment due to a disability, or if you prefer a non-automated review of your application, please contact Panopto Talent Attraction. We believe in providing a level playing field where candidates can use modern tools to put their best foot forward, provided those tools support, rather than replace, their authentic voice and expertise. While we encourage the use of AI as a tool for growth and preparation, we require transparency and authenticity to ensure a fair evaluation for all.
